The Columbus Spring Roundup Committee will send out letters to treatment centers with the option of purchasing five conference badges for $175. The badges are interchangeable with residents at the same facility. For more information, contact:

Despite Alcoholic Anonymous’ Twelve Traditions that state there should be no dues or fees for AA meetings, the Columbus Spring Roundup is a special conference and not a regular AA meeting. The Roundup Planning Committee must pay the hotel to accommodate the conference, and other expenses involve travel costs for speakers, the Hospitality Suite, website, and coffee. The event is totally paid for through your registration fees.
Yes, it is included in your registration and will take place following the final speaker. Please wear your badge.
Rooms are available at the Crowne Plaza North-Worthington, our hosts for the weekend. A special $100-a-night room rate (plus tax) is available. To make a hotel reservation, click here.
Attendees of the Columbus Spring Roundup are invited to dine in the two restaurants at the Crowne Plaza North-Worthington. For more information on their dining options, click here. The Hospitality Suite at the Roundup will include snacks, and there are also several restaurants located in the area.
Other Information:
- Badges MUST BE WORN for all meetings in the Ballroom.
- You are not permitted to save seats for events in the ballroom.
- There is a “no smoking-vaping” policy both inside and outside the conference venue. Please do not smoke in front of the hotel.
- No outside vendors are permitted to set up at the conference.
- Speaker CDs will be available for purchase from B & C’s Sober Voices.
